Liquor Authority definition

Liquor Authority. As defined in Section 41.13(a).
Liquor Authority has the meaning specified in Section 11.20(a).
Liquor Authority means any Governmental Authority, whether now or hereafter in existence, or any officer or official thereof, but only to the extent that such Governmental Authority, or any officer or official thereof, possesses the authority to regulate the sale, distribution and possession of alcoholic beverages at the Property.

  • If Licensee, its sublicensee, or its designee wishes to sell Alcoholic Beverages (wine, beer, and/or spirits) at the Permitted Premises, Licensee shall, prior thereto, obtain at its sole expense, all permits and licenses applicable to the sale of alcoholic beverages from the New York State Liquor Authority and any other governmental agency having jurisdiction thereof and shall comply with the Drug and Alcohol Plan Rider.

  • Customer covenants and warrants that the Equipment will be used only in a lawful manner and that, at the time it takes possession of the Equipment, all necessary permits for its operation will have been secured from the New York State Liquor Authority (the “SLA”).
