If Licensee, its sublicensee, or its designee wishes to sell Alcoholic Beverages (wine, beer, and/or spirits) at the Permitted Premises, Licensee shall, prior thereto, obtain at its sole expense, all permits and licenses applicable to the sale of alcoholic beverages from the New York State Liquor Authority and any other governmental agency having jurisdiction thereof and shall comply with the Drug and Alcohol Plan Rider.
Customer covenants and warrants that the Equipment will be used only in a lawful manner and that, at the time it takes possession of the Equipment, all necessary permits for its operation will have been secured from the New York State Liquor Authority (the “SLA”).
