Liquor Licenses definition

Liquor Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10.
Liquor Licenses means all those certain “off sale,” “portable bar” and other alcoholic beverage licenses issued by any Governmental Entity or Gaming Authority pursuant to which the sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted in the restaurants, bars, function rooms and guest rooms of hotels or related properties (including casino, gambling or gaming facilities such as the Company Gaming Facilities).
Liquor Licenses means all licenses, approvals, permits, privileges or other such rights necessary to permit Parent or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to sell and dispense alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption.

Examples of Liquor Licenses in a sentence

  • Promptly upon or prior to the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, Seller agrees to furnish to Purchaser a Department of Revenue Clearance (Section 13 of DBPR ABT-6002 form), fully executed by an individual on file with DABT authorized to execute on behalf of Seller, for each of the Liquor Licenses, for Purchaser or Purchaser’s designee to obtain DOR’s completion of the Sales Tax portion of Section 5 of the ABT-6002 transfer form for each Liquor License.

  • Seller makes no representations or warranties as to whether Purchaser will qualify with DABT for the transfer of the Liquor Licenses or the issuance of new liquor licenses.

  • Purchaser, at its cost and expense, shall submit all necessary applications and other materials to the appropriate Governmental Authority and take such other actions to effect the transfer of the Liquor Licenses or issuance of new alcoholic beverage licenses and permits as of the Closing.

  • Purchaser shall complete, execute, and file with the DABT all necessary applications (a) for transfer of the Liquor Licenses to Purchaser or its designee, and (b) obtain, no later than the Closing Date, temporary liquor licenses in the name of Purchaser or its designee (the “Temporary Liquor Licenses”).

  • Purchaser agrees to pay all fees, charges, and related costs in connection with the transfer of the Liquor Licenses and for the issuance of the Temporary Liquor Licenses (defined below).

Liquor Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b).
Liquor Licenses means all permanent, definitive Permits issued by any Governmental Entities related to, or regulating, the manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages at the Restaurants, including those listed on Schedule 3.8(b).
Liquor Licenses means collectively, the licenses set forth on Schedule 5.03(b) and each other license issued by a state or local agency.
Liquor Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(aa).
Liquor Licenses means all those certain “main bar,” “portable bar,” “service bar”, “package” and other alcoholic beverage licenses issued by a Governmental Authority to Seller or its Affiliates (with respect to the Business) or any of the Acquired Companies pursuant to which the sale, purchase, consumption or serving of alcoholic beverages is permitted in the casino, shops, restaurants, bars, function rooms and guest rooms of the Premises.
Liquor Licenses shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.24.
