former Authority definition

former Authority means the Water Authority of Western Australia under the Water Authority Act 1984 2 before the commencement of Part 2 of the Water Agencies Restructure (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 1995 3;
former Authority means the Conservator, the Forests Department, the National Parks Authority or the Western Australian Wildlife Authority;
former Authority means the Rural Housing Authority established by section 5 of the repealed Act;

  • The post-employment restriction on former Authority employees is one (1) year from the date of their last employment with WMATA.
