Gaming Authority definition

Gaming Authority means any agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of the United States or other national government, any state, province or any city or other political subdivision, including, without limitation, the State of Nevada or the State of New Jersey, whether now or hereafter existing, or any officer or official thereof and any other agency with authority thereof to regulate any gaming operation (or proposed gaming operation) owned, managed or operated by the Principal, its Related Parties, the Company or any of their respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Gaming Authority means the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the New Jersey Casino Control Commission or any similar commission or agency which has, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company or any successor thereto.
Gaming Authority means any Governmental Authority with the power to regulate gaming in any Gaming Jurisdiction, and the corresponding Governmental Authorities with responsibility to interpret and enforce the laws and regulations applicable to gaming in any Gaming Jurisdiction.

  • For avoidance of doubt, Landlord shall not be permitted to access any areas of the Leased Property to the extent access to such areas requires a Gaming License or other approval pursuant to applicable Gaming Regulations without the prior and express consent of the Gaming Authority with jurisdiction over the applicable Leased Property.

Gaming Authority means any of the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, the Mississippi Gaming Commission, the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Illinois Gaming Board, the Indiana Gaming Commission and any other agency (including, without limitation, any agency established by a federally-recognized Indian tribe to regulate gaming on such tribe’s reservation) which has, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any successor to such authority.
Gaming Authority means the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Michigan Gaming Control Board, the Detroit City Council, the Mississippi Gaming Commission, the Illinois Gaming Board or any similar commission or agency which has, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities of the Company or a Subsidiary (other than an Excluded Subsidiary) of the Company or any successor thereto.
Gaming Authority means any agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit, whether of federal, state, local or foreign jurisdiction or otherwise and whether now or hereafter in existence, or any officer or official thereof, including without limitation the Nevada Gaming Commission, Nevada State Gaming Control Board, ▇▇▇▇▇ County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board and Nevada City Counsel.
