Lessor’s Property definition

Lessor’s Property means the land, buildings, towers, fixtures, and other improvements comprising the Lessor's premises in which the Leased Space is located.
Lessor’s Property means all improvements on the Land of any kind whatsoever including buildings, sealed yards, paths, lawns, gardens, fences and other like property which are placed on the Land by the Lessor after the commencement of this Lease.
Lessor’s Property means the parcel of land located in the Town of McCordsville, County of Xxxxxxx, State of Indiana, as shown on the Tax Map of said County as Tax Parcel Number 30-01-23-400-030.005-018, being further described in the instrument recorded in the Xxxxxxx County Recorder’s Office as Instrument 080007492, a copy of said instrument being attached hereto as Exhibit ”A”.

Examples of Lessor’s Property in a sentence

  • Lessor shall not (either with or without negligence) cause or permit the escape, disposal or release of any Hazardous Materials on or from Lessor’s Property or Leased Premises in any manner prohibited by law.

  • Lessor covenants that Lessor holds good and marketable fee simple title to Lessor’s Property and the Leased Premises and has full authority to enter into and execute this Agreement.

  • The parties hereby waive any and all rights of action for negligence against the other on account of damage to the Improvements, Lessor’s Property or to the Leased Premises resulting from any fire or other casualty of the kind covered by property insurance policies with extended coverage, regardless of whether or not, or in what amount, such insurance is carried by the parties.

  • Lessee has the right to remove obstructions from Lessor’s Property, including but not limited to vegetation, which may encroach upon, interfere with or present a hazard to Lessee’s use of the Leased Premises or the Easements.


More Definitions of Lessor’s Property

Lessor’s Property means all plant and equipment, fixtures, fittings, furniture and furnishings in or fixed to the Premises that are not Lessee’s Property including:

Lessor’s Property means all of the existing (as of the Commencement Date) components of the systems described in Schedule “4” to the Consent (a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D”), together with any and all additions, modifications and/or alterations to any such systems that are during the Sublease Term and the Term of this Lease; provided, however, that the Parties hereto agree that no Trade Fixtures that are installed by Lessee, any Transferee of Lessee or any other person or entity claiming under Lessee shall, in any case, be deemed to be Lessor’s Property.
Lessor’s Property. All alterations, additions, improvements and fixtures that have become a part of the realty and which has been or will be installed by either party upon the premises during the term of the Lease and which, in any manner are attached to the floors, walls or ceilings, shall at the option of Lessor become the property of the Lessor and at the termination of this Lease shall be surrendered with the premises as a part thereof, or shall be removed at Lessee's expense. Computer and electronic equipment which may be attached to the floors, walls and ceilings, will remain the property of Lessee.
Lessor’s Property means any property owned by the Lessor in the Premises or on the Land and includes the property identified in any inventory annexed to this Agreement;
