Walls and Ceilings. To the extent applicable, Customer hereby certifies that there is a minimum of ten (10) inches of clearance above any ceiling and that all walls are “fishable,” as that term is generally accepted within the construction industry, where audiovisual work is to be performed. Customer agrees to pay additional fees if these conditions are not satisfied.

Walls and Ceilings. Tenants are instructed to not disturb the ceilings nor attach to or hang anything from the ceilings of the individual units or the common areas. Any ceiling or wall problems should be reported immediately to the manager. It is the Tenants responsibility to pay for any ceiling or wall damage they cause.

ALL LIGHTBULBS (except high ceiling fans and ceiling can lights) Your lease agreement requires you to replace any burned out bulbs with the same type of bulb. If it is difficult to remove, please do not force. SMOKE/CO DETECTORS These must be in place and have a working battery installed. (CO detectors are not required for all electric houses unless there is a garage).
