Assessed Property definition

Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District against which an Assessment is levied.
Assessed Property means, for any year, Parcels within the District other than Non-Benefited Property.
Assessed Property means any property on which Assessments have been imposed as shown in the Assessment Roll, as the Assessment Roll is updated each year by the Annual Service Plan Update. Assessed Property means the property that benefits from the Authorized Improvements to be provided by the PID on which Assessments have been imposed as shown in each Assessment Roll, as each Assessment Roll is updated each year by the Annual Service Plan Update. Assessed Property includes Parcels within the PID other than Non-Benefited Property.
Assessed Property means any parcel of real property located within the Service District Area that is subject to local taxation in accordance with Section 15.2-2403.5 of the Service District Law other than any parcel of real property that is utilized by its owners primarily for their own residential purposes, owned by the federal, state or local government or owned by Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority
