Initial Fees definition

Initial Fees means all license fees payable for license of the Software, together with all fees for any related Services (to the extent such fees are to be paid up front pursuant to the Order Form) and for the initial Support term, in each case as shown on the applicable Software Order Form.

More Definitions of Initial Fees

Initial Fees refers to the fixed amounts agreed as at the date of the Contract as set out in the Booking Form and “Additional Fees” refers to amounts for which the Client is liable under the terms of this Contract but are not as yet quantified.
