Examples of Initial Support Term in a sentence

  • The Licensee may renew the Support Services set forth in Section D of this Appendix, including Standard Maintenance and Support and Enhanced Maintenance and Support (if applicable), by paying an Annual Support Services Renewal Fee each year subsequent to the Initial Support Term.

  • The Support Services shall be renewable beyond the Initial Support Term according to the provisions set forth in Section E of this Appendix.

  • Upon expiration of the Initial Support Term, ongoing Support Services shall automatically renew, with customer paying for additional annual support periods, each a (“Renewal Support Term”).

  • The Licensee may renew the Standard Maintenance and Support Services set forth in this Appendix, including Standard Maintenance and Support and Enhanced Maintenance and Support (if applicable), by paying an Annual Support Services Renewal Fee each year subsequent to the Initial Support Term.

Related to Initial Support Term

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Note, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (a) the day on which such Note is first offered to persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S) in reliance on Regulation S, notice of which day shall be promptly given by the Company to the Trustee, and (b) the date of issuance with respect to such Note or any predecessor of such Note.

  • converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;
