Implementation Manager definition

Implementation Manager means the individual identified by Purchaser to the Company as Purchaser’s “implementation manager” with responsibility for coordinating and implementing the transition of the STB Business from the Company to Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

Implementation Manager means the legally authorized representative of the City, a private contractor, or other concerned agency performing Work under a direct Agreement with the City.   • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
