Government Mandated Charges means those charges levied by us and payable by you in accordance with these Conditions, resulting from charges levied on, or costs incurred by, us or you in respect of Government Mandated Services;

Government Mandated Charges means the charges payable by Airline which are determined from time to time under this Agreement (as set out in Schedule 4 which relate to the provision of Government Mandated Services by BAC.   • You acknowledge and agree that if We detain Your aircraft or take any other action as a result of the non-payment of Government Mandated Charges and Aviation Charges, all costs incurred by Us become payable by You, including any costs for security incurred during any detention period.

  • We will notify you of any changes to the Government Mandated Charges in the same way as identified at Condition 7.4.

  • You must notify Us in writing within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date, that You dispute any Government Mandated Charges or Aviation Charges shown in an invoice.

Government Mandated Charges means the charges payable by you which are determined from time to time under these standard conditions (as set out in Schedule 6) which relate to the provision of Government Mandated Services by us. Government Mandated Costs means the costs incurred by us for providing to you the Government Mandated Services. Government Mandated Services means those services which we provide to you which are mandated by the Commonwealth Government (in applicable legislation and Ministerial or DIT directions) or other lawful authority (including the DIT) which include, but are not limited to, the services set out in clause 9.2.

Related to Government Mandated Charges

  • Government costs, as used in this clause, means those agency costs that result directly from developing and implementing the VECP, such as any net increases in the cost of testing, operations, maintenance, and logistics support. The term does not include the normal administrative costs of processing the VECP or any increase in this contract's cost or price resulting from negative instant contract savings.

  • Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;

  • Government Entities means collectively, the United States of America or any other nation, any state or other political subdivision thereof, or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of government, including any court, in each case having jurisdiction over the Company.

  • Government assistance means a grant, loan, or tax increment financing that result in a financial benefit from an agency, commission, instrumentality, or other entity of the District government.

  • Government List means any of (i) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of Commerce (Denied Persons and Entities), (ii) the list maintained by the United States Department of Treasury (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons), and (iii) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of State (Terrorist Organizations and Debarred Parties).

  • Governmental Agency(ies) means, individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency (including, without limitation, each applicable Regulatory Agency) with jurisdiction over the Company or a Subsidiary.

  • Government school means a school established under section 5 of the Act, for the purpose of providing courses of instruction in pre-school, primary or secondary education.

  • Government Entity means (a) any federal, state, provincial or similar government, and any body, board, department, commission, court, tribunal, authority, agency or other instrumentality of any such government or otherwise exercising any executive, legislative, judicial, administrative or regulatory functions of such government or (b) any other government entity having jurisdiction over any matter contemplated by the Operative Agreements or relating to the observance or performance of the obligations of any of the parties to the Operative Agreements.

  • Government Authorizations means all such approvals, consents, authorizations, acknowledgements, licenses or permits required to be issued by any Government Authority to the Company for the establishment of the Company or to the Company or the Contractors for the construction, financing, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility by the Company or the Contractors, including, without limitation, those Government Authorizations listed in Schedule 1;
