Examples of Shortage Fee in a sentence

  • The Shortage Fee payable hereunder shall constitute liquidated damages and Supplier shall not be liable to Buyer, the Distributors or members of Buyer's System for any other damages, so long as the events described in this Section 5.2 do not otherwise constitute a Supplier Default pursuant to Section 15.1.
