During the Interim Period, each Party shall cooperate fully with the other party and its Affiliates in promptly seeking to obtain all such consents, authorizations, orders and approvals; provided, however, that subject to its undertakings in this Section 6.5, the final determination as to any appearance, presentation, memorandum, submission, brief, argument, opinion or proposal relating to any Government Approvals shall be mutually agreed to between Purchaser and the Company.
During the Interim Period, the Company shall further provide to Purchaser any information or documentary materials necessary to obtain any Government Approvals.
In furtherance and not in limitation of the foregoing, Purchaser and the Company agree to supply as promptly as possible any additional information and documentary material that may be requested by any Governmental Entities for any Government Approvals.
