Government Approvals definition

Government Approvals means all permits, licenses, authorisations, consents, clearances, decrees, waivers, privileges, approvals from and filing with government instrumentalities necessary for the development, construction and operation of the Work.
Government Approvals means all permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, consents, concessions, acknowledgments, agreements, decisions, and other forms of authorizations from, or filing with, or notice to, any Government Authority.

More Definitions of Government Approvals

Government Approvals means any consent, approval, authorization, waiver, permit, grant, franchise, concession, agreement, license, certificate, exemption, order, registration, declaration, filing, report or notice of, with or to any Government;
Government Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6 hereof.
