Governmental Rules definition

Governmental Rules means any and all laws, statutes, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, orders, writs, decrees and injunctions, of any Governmental Authority and any and all legally binding conditions, standards, prohibitions, requirements and judgments of any Governmental Authority.

Governmental Rules shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 7.25 of this Agreement.

Governmental Rules means any law, rule, regulation, ordinance, order, code, judgment, decree, directive, guideline, policy, or any similar form of decision of, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by, any Governmental Person.

• The Parties shall promptly and fully comply with all existing and future Governmental Rules of all Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over the activities covered by this ESA.

• If, in the future, Competitive Supplier becomes responsible for such distribution or transmission costs, Competitive Supplier shall be entitled to collect such costs from Participating Consumers to the extent permitted by any Governmental Rules.
