Examples of Governmental Charges in a sentence
PGE shall pay or cause to be paid all Governmental Charges on or with respect to the Product at and from the Delivery Point (other than those related to the sale of the Product, which are the responsibility of Seller).
In the event Seller is required by Law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges which are PGE’s responsibility hereunder, PGE shall promptly reimburse Seller for such Governmental Charges.
If PGE is required by Law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges which are Seller’s responsibility hereunder, PGE may invoice Seller for the amount of any such Governmental Charges or, in its sole discretion, deduct the amount of any such Governmental Charges from the sums due to Seller under ARTICLE 7 of this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate or cause a Party to pay or be liable to pay any Governmental Charges for which it is exempt under the Law.
