Government Acts definition
Government Acts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.19.

No L/C Issuer shall, in any way, be liable for any failure by such L/C Issuer or anyone else to pay any drawing under any Letter of Credit as a result of any Government Acts or any other cause beyond the control of such L/C Issuer.
