Examples of Final Award Number in a sentence

  • If the death occurs on or after the last day of the Performance Period, then a number of Units equal to the Final Award Number will vest upon Participant’s death.

  • If the Qualifying Termination occurs on or after the last day of the Performance Period, a number of Units equal to the Final Award Number will vest upon such Qualifying Termination.

  • The Final Award Number for each Participant shall be determined by the Committee on the Determination Date.

Final Award Number. Each SELTPP Unit shall represent an unfunded, unsecured right for the Participant to receive one (1) Share, as described in this Agreement. The “Performance Period” over which the Final Award Number shall be determined shall be the period beginning January 1, 20XX and ending December 31, 20XX. The Committee shall, following the end of the Performance Period (and in no event later than March 10, 20XX), determine whether and the extent to which the Performance Requirements for the Performance Period have been satisfied and the Final Award Number. The date of such determinations by the Committee for the Performance Period is referred to as the “Determination Date.”

Final Award Number. Each Unit represents the right to receive one share of Common Stock, subject to the vesting requirements and distribution provisions of the Agreement and the terms of the Plan. Related to Final Award Number

  • Final Award means, in the context of this Request for Proposals and all its attendant documents, that point at which the final required signature on the contract(s) resulting from the procurement has been affixed to the contract(s) thus making it fully executed.

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Maximum Award means as to any Participant for any Performance Period, $4 million.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • PSUs means the outstanding performance share units governed by the performance share unit plan of the Company dated December 16, 2013, as amended from time to time;

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • PSU means Public Sector Undertaking

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.

  • Actual Award means as to any Performance Period, the actual award (if any) payable to a Participant for the Performance Period, subject to the Committee’s authority under Section 3(d) to modify the award.
