PSUs definition

PSUs means the outstanding performance share units governed by the performance share unit plan of the Company dated December 16, 2013, as amended from time to time;
PSUs means performance share units granted pursuant to the Share Award Incentive Plan
PSUs means the obligation of the Company to transfer the number of shares of Stock to Participant determined under Section 2, Section 4A (in the case of death or termination of employment by Disability), Section 4B (in the case of Change-in-Control), or Section 5 (in the case of Divestiture of a Business Segment) of this Award Agreement, as applicable, at the time provided in Section 6 of this Award Agreement, to the extent that the rights to such shares are vested at such time.

More Definitions of PSUs

PSUs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
PSUs means all performance share units issued pursuant to the PSU Plan, including Equity- Based PSUs, and which are outstanding under the PSU Plan immediately prior to the Effective Time;
PSUs means performance share awards or performance share units, as applicable, issued under the CSC Equity Plans.
PSUs means notional performance share units granted pursuant to the 2011 Executive PSU Plan;
PSUs means restricted stock units granted pursuant to a long-term incentive plan of the Corporation (or for periods prior to the Spin-off, pursuant to a UTC long-term incentive plan), the vesting of which are conditioned upon the attainment of performance goals and continued service.
PSUs or “Performance Share Units” means RSUs awarded under Section 10 of the Plan with Performance Goals and a Performance Period determined for such Award, and with such other terms and conditions as are specified in the agreement or other documents evidencing the Award (the “PSU Award Agreement”).
