The performance targets established by the Committee may vary for different Award Periods and need not be the same for each Participant receiving a Performance Award in an Award Period.
No Incentive granted under the Plan may be exercised at any time after the end of its Award Period.
The Award Period for an Incentive shall be reduced or terminated upon Termination of Service.
