Performance Stock Unit definition

Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.
Performance Stock Unit means a Performance Award awarded under Section 10.1 which is denominated in units of value including dollar value of Shares.
Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.1 and subject to Section 8.2, to receive Shares, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain performance goals or other performance-based targets established by the Administrator.

  • In the event that the Company pays a dividend on its outstanding Common Stock for which the related record date occurs after the Date of Grant and prior to the date a Performance Stock Unit becomes a Fully Vested Performance Stock Unit, dividend equivalents will accrue and be credited to a dividend book entry account on behalf of the Participant with respect to the maximum number of Performance Stock Units that can be earned hereunder on the same terms as dividends are paid to holders of Common Stock.

Performance Stock Unit means a Restricted Stock Unit designated as a Performance Stock Unit under Section 9.1 hereof, to be paid or distributed based on or conditioned upon the attainment of pre-established business and/or individual Performance Goals over a specified performance period.
