Performance Units definition

Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.
Performance Units means Performance Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(a).
Performance Units means a grant of dollar-denominated Units the value, vesting or payment of which is contingent on performance against predetermined objectives over a specified Performance Period.

Examples of Performance Units in a sentence

  • The Administrator will have complete discretion in determining the number of Performance Units and Performance Shares granted to each Participant.

  • Nonstatutory Stock Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Shares and Performance Units may be granted to Service Providers.

  • Performance Units and Performance Shares may be granted to Service Providers at any time and from time to time, as will be determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion.
