F1 from Fitch (if the deposits are to be held in the account for thirty (30) days or less), (iv) a segregated trust account or accounts maintained with the corporate trust department of a federal or state chartered depository institution or trust company that, in either case, has corporate trust powers, acting in its fiduciary capacity, which institution or trust company has a combined capital and surplus of at least $50,000,000, is (in the case of a state chartered depository institution or trust company) subject to regulations substantially similar to 12 C.F.R. §9.10(b), and is subject to supervision or examination by federal and state authority, and the long-term unsecured debt obligations of which are rated at least “A2” by Moody’s, (v) such other account or accounts that, but for the failure to satisfy one or more of the minimum rating(s) set forth in the applicable clause, would be listed in clauses (i) - (iv) above, with respect to which a Rating Agency Confirmation has been obtained from each Rating Agency for which the minimum ratings set forth in the applicable clause is not satisfied with respect to such account, or (vi) such other account or accounts not listed in clauses (i) - (iv) above with respect to which a Rating Agency Confirmation has been obtained from each Rating Agency.
