Mxxxx’x Rating definition

Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

Mxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Mxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

Mxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating of the Index Debt then most recently announced by Moody’s.

Examples of Mxxxx’x Rating in a sentence

• Prior to the execution of any amendment pursuant to Section 13.01, the Issuer shall obtain written confirmation from Moody’s and S&P that entry into such amendment satisfies the Mxxxx’x Rating Condition and the S&P Rating Condition.

• The Status in effect for any Borrower on any date for the purposes of this Pricing Schedule is based on the Mxxxx’x Rating and S&P Rating in effect at the close of business on such date.

• For the purposes of the foregoing (but subject to the final paragraph of this Pricing Schedule): “Level I Status” exists at any date if, on such date, the Mxxxx’x Rating is A2 or better or the S&P Rating is A or better.

• The Status in effect on any date for purposes of this Pricing Schedule is based on the Mxxxx’x Rating and S&P Rating in effect at the close of business on such date.

• XxXxxxxxx Title: Authorized Signatory For the purposes of this Schedule, the following terms have the following meanings, subject to the final paragraph of this Schedule: “Level I Status” exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower’s Mxxxx’x Rating is A2 or better or the Borrower’s S&P Rating is A or better.

More Definitions of Mxxxx’x Rating

Mxxxx’x Rating means the most recently-announced rating from time to time of Moody’s assigned to any class of long-term senior, unsecured debt securities issued by Prologis, as to which no letter of credit, guaranty, or third party credit support is in place, regardless of whether any of such Indebtedness has been issued at the time such rating was issued.

Mxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating of the long-term senior unsecured non-credit-enhanced debt obligations of the Borrower then outstanding most recently announced by Moody’s.

Mxxxx’x Rating means, at any time for any Borrower, the rating issued by Moody’s and then in effect with respect to such Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third-party credit enhancement (it being understood that if such Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from Moody’s for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “Mxxxx’x Rating”).

Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, as of any date of determination:

Mxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Moody’s and then in effect with respect to the Company’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement or, if no such rating is in effect, Moody’s general corporate rating with respect to the Company.

Mxxxx’x Rating. With respect to any Collateral Obligation, the rating determined pursuant to Schedule 3 hereto (or such other schedule provided by Moody’s to the Issuer, the Trustee, the Collateral Administrator and the Collateral Manager).

Mxxxx’x Rating. The monitored publicly available rating or the monitored estimated rating expressly assigned to a debt obligation (or facility) by Moody’s that addresses the full amount of the principal and interest promised.
