Medically Required definition

Medically Required means any treatment which is directly and materially required to provide relief from covered Illness or Injury, as certified by the treating Veterinary Practitioner.

  • Medically Necessary means a service which is appropriate and consistent with the treatment of the condition in accordance with accepted standards of community practice.
