Any notice or other communication required to be given hereunder to the Indenture Trustee or a Rating Agency shall be in writing and addressed to the notice address specified in the Indenture for the Indenture Trustee or such Rating Agency, as applicable.
The Borrower may at any time and from time to time vary or terminate the appointment of any such agent or appoint any additional agents for any or all of such purposes and shall give prompt written notice to the Loan Agent, the Rating Agency and each Lender of the appointment or termination of any such agent and of the location and any change in the location of any such office or agency.
The Collateral Manager will provide notice to the Rating Agency of any such amendment.
