P1 definition

P1 means the system commonly referred to as the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), and is the federally approved system used by the Washington Medicaid program to pay provider claims for goods and services authorized under the State Plan. The MMIS is certified by CMS and is the primary information system used by HCA to pay for health care.
P1 represents the maximum system operational pressure (cut-out pressure) in the energy storage device(s) specified by the manufacturer.
P1 is the pressure corresponding to 65 per cent of the pressure p2 defined in paragraph 2.2.2. below.

P1 means the first page of this Contract; “Contract” means P.1 together with these Terms and Conditions; “Rented Item(s)” or “Item(s)” means the item(s) rented to you, as identified on P.1 (including any “Instructions” and/or safety devices provided per Section [or “§”] 6 below); “Site” means the address where the Item(s) will be delivered and/or used, as set forth on P.1; and “Customer,” “Lessee,” “you” and “your” mean the “Customer/Lessee” identified on P.1.
P1 means the Share Price in effect immediately prior to such issue of Additional Shares of Common Stock;
P1 or “Beginning Stock Price” means the thirty (30) trading day average closing price of a share of Class A common stock, $0.001 par value, of the Company as of and including the last trading day immediately preceding the start of the Performance Period, as adjusted to reflect the reinvestment of dividends.
P1 means a first position Product detail (primary emphasis, which constitutes a majority of the time expended on a call); and “P2” means a second position Product detail (secondary emphasis, which constitutes less time than a P1 detail but more time than any other product promoted during a call other than a PI product).
P1 shall have the meaning given to such expression in Attachment F. “P2” shall have the meaning given to such expression in Attachment F.
P1. (Priority 1) means a severe Incident in a production environment, resulting in the Cloud Service being completely unavailable thereby halting transactions through the Cloud Service with no work-around.
