Equipment Support Services definition

Equipment Support Services means the maintenance and support services related to Kronos’ support of Equipment as further described in Attachment A-1.
Equipment Support Services has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5. “Hosted Services” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Equipment Support Services means the technical support and failure replacement program offered by Ubiquiti with respect to the Supported Equipment.

Examples of Equipment Support Services in a sentence

  • Equipment Support Services can be extended for additional one year terms on the anniversary of its commencement date ("Renewal Date") by mutual written agreement of the parties or by Kronos sending Customer an invoice for the applicable renewal term and Customer paying such invoice prior the commencement of such renewal term.

Related to Equipment Support Services

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
