Replacement Program definition

Replacement Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Replacement Program means a Research program conducted under this Agreement by and on behalf of each Party and its Affiliates that (a) replaces the Initial Research Program (or a Replacement Program thereof) and (b) [***].
Replacement Program means any Program that (A) shares at least two out of four of the following characteristics with an Existing Program or another Replacement Program (each, a "Replaced Program") (i) it has a substantially similar format and theme to such Replaced Program, (ii) it shares a material amount of talent with such Replaced Program, (iii) it is in the same day-part as such Replaced Program and (iv) it shares the same or a substantially similar name with such Replaced Program; and

More Definitions of Replacement Program

Replacement Program means any Program that (A) shares at least two out of four of the following characteristics with an Existing Program or another Replacement Program (each, a "Replaced Program") (i) it has a substantially similar format and theme to such Replaced Program, (ii) it shares a material amount of talent with such Replaced Program, (iii) it is in the same day-part as such Replaced Program and (iv) it shares the same or a substantially similar name with such Replaced Program; and (B) commences broadcast on Univision Network or Galavision Network within six months prior to or within six months after the termination of broadcast of such Replaced Program on such network. A special will only be required to comply with clause (A) above.
Replacement Program means Collaboration activities for the purposes of the Research and Development of Licensed Products to knock down the Replacement Collaboration Target in a patient’s cells in vivo or ex vivo for the treatment of hemoglobinopathies, using a Licensed ARCUS Nuclease that is a [***].

Related to Replacement Program

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Successor manufacturer means a manufacturer that acquires, succeeds to, or assumes any part of the business of another manufacturer as the result of any of the following:

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Replacement Service Provider means any third party service provider appointed to perform the Services by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Replacement Management Agreement means, collectively, (a) either (i) a management agreement with a Qualified Manager substantially in the same form and substance as the Management Agreement, or (ii) a management agreement with a Qualified Manager, which management agreement shall be reasonably acceptable to Lender in form and substance, provided, with respect to this subclause (ii), Lender, at its option, may require that Borrower shall have obtained prior written confirmation from the applicable Rating Agencies that such management agreement will not cause a downgrade, withdrawal or qualification of the then current rating of the Securities or any class thereof and (b) an assignment of management agreement and subordination of management fees substantially in the form then used by Lender (or of such other form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender), executed and delivered to Lender by Borrower and such Qualified Manager at Borrower’s expense.

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Replacement Airframe means any airframe substituted for the Airframe pursuant to Article IV of the Trust Indenture.

  • Replacement Option has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.
