Replacement Supplier Any third party service provider of Replacement Services appointed by the Buyer (or where the Buyer is providing replacement Services for its own account, the Buyer).
The Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer or, at the direction of the Customer, the Replacement Supplier of any period of notice given by the Supplier or received from any person referred to in the Staffing Information, regardless of when such notice takes effect.
Risk in the Transferring Assets shall pass to the Customer or the Replacement Supplier (as appropriate) at the end of the Termination Assistance Period and title to the Transferring Assets shall pass to the Customer or the Replacement Supplier (as appropriate) on payment for the same.
