Engineer warrants that Engineer's work product will not in any way constitute an infringement or other violation of any copyright, trade secret, trademark, patent, invention, proprietary information, non-disclosure, or any other right of any third party, and Engineer will defend any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against County on the issue of infringement of any copyright by virtue of anything supplied by Engineer to HCED under this Agreement.
Engineer may retain one set of reproducible copies for Engineer's sole use in preparation of studies or reports for County only.
