Approved Petroleum Engineers definition

Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (b) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P. and (c) any other independent petroleum engineers reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P., (b) Netherland Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (c) Xxxxxx & Company, (d) Schlumberger Ltd., (e) Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Associates, Inc., (f) WD Von Gotten, (g) Xxxxxxxx and XxXxxxxxxx, (h) XX Xxxx and Associates, Inc., (i) Xxx Xxxxxxx and Associates, (j) Xxxxxxx, (k) Xx Xxxxx, (l) X. Xxxx and Associates and (m) any other independent petroleum engineers reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Approved Petroleum Engineers means any independent petroleum engineer chosen by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Examples of Approved Petroleum Engineers in a sentence

• The Reserve Report as of January 1 of each year shall be prepared by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers, and the July 1 Reserve Report of each year shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower who shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate and to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding January 1 Reserve Report.

• The Reserve Report as of December 31st of each year shall be prepared by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers, and the June 30th Reserve Report of each year shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower who shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate in all material respects and to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding December 31st Reserve Report.

• The Reserve Report as of December 31 of each year shall be prepared by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers, and the June 30 Reserve Report of each year shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower who shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate and to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding December 31 Reserve Report.

• The Reserve Report prepared as of December 31 of each year shall be prepared by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers.

• Each such Reserve Report shall be prepared by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers.

Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (b) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., (c) X. X. Xxx Xxxxxx & Co. Petroleum Engineering, (d) XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx, (e) Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (f) Xxxxxx and Xxxxx, Ltd. and (g) at the Issuers’ option, any other independent petroleum engineers selected by the Issuers and reasonably acceptable to the administrative agent under the Credit Agreement governing Indebtedness incurred under Section 4.03(b)(i).

Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc., (b) Ryder Scott Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P., (c) Miller and Lents, Ltd. and (d) any other independent petroleum engineers reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
