The Engineer-in-charge, from time to time in writing, delegate to the Site Engineer (s) any of the powers and authorities vested in them.
When directed by the Site Engineer, the Contractor shall provide special tools and equipment as well as additional training for Central Region personnel, and perform additional repair of the LCRS, GES, and Potable/Non-Potable Water Storage & Systems including electrical and mechanical work, with updated as-built drawings.
The Site Engineer shall in general carry out such duties as are required for the satisfactory execution of the Contract.
Contractor shall bring to the attention of the Site Engineer and Site PM any potential problems discovered and offer suggestions or solutions before checking out.
