You acknowledge and agree that as of the date you sign this Agreement (and other than your hourly rate for services performed during the final month of your consulting engagement with the Company), you have received all compensation owed for all work performed as a consultant, whether under the Consulting Agreement or otherwise, and you are no longer eligible for nor entitled to any further compensation, as a consultant or otherwise, other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
