Medical Staff Privileges. If applicable, as a condition of initial and continued employment, Faculty Member must immediately apply for, obtain and maintain Medical Staff Privileges at The Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC Physicians. Medical staff inpatient privileges will be in accordance with the Bylaws of UNMC Physicians and the Bylaws of the Medical Staff of The Nebraska Medical Center (NMC) and/or clinic privileges in accordance with the Bylaws of UNMC Physicians. Application for medical staff privileges is a separate process from the appointment with UNMC. The application packet will be sent to Faculty Member under separate cover. All required documentation must be completed and returned within 30 days of receipt for submission to the NMC Medical Staff Office and the Nebraska Credentials Verification Organization (NCVO) for medical staff privileges at The Nebraska Medical Center.
Medical Staff Privileges. Physician hereby acknowledges that in order to provide Infertility Services to FCI as herein required, Physician must at all times during the term of this Agreement be a member in good standing of at least one hospital accredited by the JCAHO (the "Hospital") within the geographic area of FCI's office. FCI shall use reasonable efforts to assist Physician in maintaining such privileges. The failure of the Physician to maintain privileges at the Hospital in good standing shall be deemed a cause for termination of this Agreement.
Medical Staff Privileges. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prohibit Physician from maintaining professional staff membership or clinical privileges at any acute care hospital or other health facility licensed to provide patient care for stays in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, so long as maintaining such privileges does not in any manner result in Physician competing with Employer in the Service Area.
Medical Staff Privileges. Physician acknowledges and agrees that Physician's employment is expressly contingent upon Physician being granted appropriate continuous clinical privileges to provide services at the hospital or any other health care facilities to which he or she is assigned. If Physician is unable to receive or maintain those clinical privileges necessary to perform all material services of Physician under this Agreement at the hospital or other health care facilities for any reason whatsoever, whether or not those privileges are granted to other employees or contractors of the KTPA, Physician's employment under this Agreement shall be terminated.

PC shall use reasonable efforts to assist Physician in maintaining such privileges. Medical Staff Privileges. As a result of the acquisition of the Assets by Buyer, without the consent of the Medical Staff, there will be no change or modification to the current staff privileges for physicians on the Medical Staff; provided, however, that the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not limit the ability of the board of directors or medical executive committee of the Hospital to grant, withhold or suspend Medical Staff appointments or clinical privileges in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Medical Staff bylaws.
Medical Staff Privileges. The Physicians will maintain medical staff privileges at Newport Hospital, and coordinate any of your necessary medical care at Newport Hospital or such other institution you choose for your medical needs.
Medical Staff Privileges. The Company will contract with the Practice to have your Physician maintain medical staff privileges at the Hospital, and to have your Physician facilitate your medical care at said hospital or such other institution you choose for your medical needs.
Medical Staff Privileges. The Student must maintain active medical staff membership and privileges at an Aspirus-related hospital throughout the Practice Period, in accordance with the hospital’s Medical Staff and Board policies and procedures, as the same may be changed from time to time. This does not, however, constitute an implicit or explicit requirement to refer patients to any Aspirus-related hospital, or any other related entity. The terms and amount of the Scholarship will not vary based on the volume or value of referrals by the Student to Aspirus or any other related entity.
Medical Staff Privileges. During the Term as requested by MCPA, Physician shall become a member of the medical staff and maintain other privileges (the "Privileges") at any hospital, ambulatory surgical center or other facility where MCPA provides medical services in the Dallas Metropolitan Area at the locations listed on Schedule 4 (g).
