Digital Properties definition

Digital Properties means websites, mobile applications, media players, mobile content, and/or other any properties approved by us;
Digital Properties means the Site, the Service, and any services provided by TOMIS, including without limitation, the blog libraries, SEO services, documentation, Content and TOMIS Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”).

Examples of Digital Properties in a sentence

  • As between Station and Advertiser, any user or usage data or information collected via or related to Station’s Digital Properties, or any information collected from digital properties operated by Station’s affiliates or the operator of any Streaming Platform, shall be the property of Station.

  • Advertiser will deliver to Station all applicable Advertiser Content by Station’s standard deadline (as designated by Station from time to time), in a format suitable for display on broadcast television or on the Digital Properties or Streaming Platforms, as applicable, via a transmission method mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Station also may edit, reject or remove any Campaign or other material submitted by or on behalf of Advertiser from its broadcast platform, Digital Properties and/or any Streaming Platform at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, because the Advertiser Content within the Campaign violates then-current ad guidelines of Station or the operator of the applicable Streaming Platform.

  • Media Buyers may place pixels or cookies on the browsers of users visiting Partner Digital Properties in order to optimize the placement of advertisements on Digital Properties.

  • Partner can submit bid requests for digital advertising units on Digital Properties where an Ad can be displayed (“Media”) and buyers can submit bids for that Media they wish to buy (“Media Buyers”) through the operation of a dynamic, real-time exchange whereby Media is sold to Media Buyers whose bids are selected by or on behalf of the Partner and at a price it decides.

  • Criteo will share information collected through the Ad call with Media Buyers for the purpose of purchasing Media on Digital Properties.

  • Subscriber Data, including Subscriber Customer Data, will be used to benefit all other TOMIS platform subscribers, including but not limited to improving all TOMIS Digital Properties and for cross marketing purposes.

  • The Flair Airlines Digital Reservation System, which forms a part of the Flair Airlines Digital Properties, is provided solely to assist customers in determining the price and availability of travel related goods and services, and to enable secure, informed and legitimate reservations with the Carrier.

  • TOMIS may make changes to the Digital Properties from time to time.

  • Subscriber shall be solely responsible for ensuring that such equipment, software, and ancillary services are compatible with the Digital Properties.

Digital Properties means the Website, any New Websites, and any Subsequently Acquired Websites.
Digital Properties means the websites, emails and mobile applications owned and/or controlled by Client.
Digital Properties means the digital properties (if any) detailed in the Particulars; “Fee” means the fee set out in the Particulars;

Related to Digital Properties

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.

  • Capital Project means a project consisting of the construction, rehabilitation, demolition, relocation, preservation, acquisition, or other physical improvement that is an integral part of, or is necessary for completion of a Project.

  • Business Area means an adjacent area that is zoned by a state, county, township, or municipal zoning authority for industrial or commercial purposes, customarily referred to as "b" or business, "c" or commercial, "i" or industrial, "m" or manufacturing, and "s" or service, and all other similar classifications and that is within a city, village, or charter township or is within 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township or is beyond 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township and contains 1 or more permanent structures devoted to the industrial or commercial purposes described in this subdivision and that extends along the highway a distance of 800 feet beyond each edge of the activity. Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission. A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway. Commercial or industrial purposes are those activities generally restricted to commercial or industrial zones in jurisdictions that have zoning. In addition, the following activities are not commercial or industrial:

  • Hotel Property for any hotel means the Real Property and the Personal Property for such hotel.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.

  • Coastal area means coastal area as defined in section 22a-93(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Coastal waters” means coastal waters as defined in section 22a-93(5) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Commissioner” means commissioner as defined in section 22a-2(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.
