Common Properties definition

Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.
Common Properties means and refers to those areas and other parcels of property together with any building(s) or other improvements thereon or thereto owned, maintained or under the jurisdiction of the Association.
Common Properties means and refer to those areas so designated upon any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of Owners of The Properties; and shall also mean and refer to any improvement designated by the Developer as Common Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of owners of The Properties, and shall specifically include, but not to the exclusion of other improvements which may hereinafter be designated as Common Properties by the Developer, the following:

Examples of Common Properties in a sentence

  • Each Tenant or Subtenant shall pay his Pro Rata Portion of General Common Property Expenses, which shall include the expenses for the maintenance (including landscaping maintenance), repairs, replacements and services required in connection with the General Common Properties (including General Common Properties on additional properties pursuant to Section 3 hereof).

  • All Tenants, Subtenants, Occupants and the Landlord shall have the rights to use and enjoy the General Common Properties and easements.

  • The annual assessments or charges levied under this Section as provided for in Section 7.1 above shall be used exclusively for the purposes of promoting the health, safety and welfare of all Tenants, Subtenants and Occupants, and in particular for the repair, operation and maintenance of the General Common Properties, including a reasonable administrative fee or charge for administering the General Common Properties, and any services or facilities devoted to such purposes.

  • Landlord shall each have the right to use all General and Special Common Properties, including streets, private roads, walkways, trails and other areas within the Project for purposes of providing the services which it is obligated to perform hereunder.

  • As provided above, Landlord reserves the right to set aside from time to time certain portions of the Land as Special Common Properties for the benefit of more than one (1) but no less than all Building Sites.


More Definitions of Common Properties

Common Properties means and refer to all portions of the Properties other than the Lots.
Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land with any improvements thereon which are deeded to the Association and designated in said deed as "Common Properties". The term "Common Properties" shall also include any personal property acquired by the Association if said property is designated as "Common Property". All Common Properties are to be devoted to and intended for the common use and enjoyment of the owners, subject to the fee schedules and operating rules adopted by the Association.
Common Properties means and refer to those tracts of land, including any improvements thereon, which are deeded to the Association and designated in said deed as Common Properties. The term "Common Properties" shall also include any personal property acquired or leased by the Association if said property is designated Common Property. All Common Properties are to be devoted to and intended for the common use and enjoyment of the Members of the Association, their guests and visiting members of the general public (to the Extent permitted by the Board of Directors of the Association) subject to the fee schedules and operating rules adopted by the Association. Common Properties shall not include those tracts of land falling within the definition of "Restricted Common Properties" set forth below.
Common Properties means and refer to (i) those areas of land designated as “Recreation Area” or “Common Property” on any recorded subdivision plot of the Spyglass Hill Subdivisions and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of all the owners of both Lots and Living Units and (ii) Green Areas.
Common Properties means and refer to those areas designated by the Developer. These lots are intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of the Properties.
Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land (except “Lots” as hereinafter defined) so designated upon the recorded subdivision plats of the Properties or any other areas of land so designated on future plats of subdivisions on lands made subject to this Amended Declaration, and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of all the Members (as defined below) of the Association and such other persons as are hereinafter more specifically described.
Common Properties means and refer to those tracts of land with any improvements thereon which are deeded or leased to the Association and designated in said deed or lease as "Common Properties". The term "Common Properties" shall also include any personal property acquired by the Association if said property is designated a "Common Property". All Common Properties are to be devoted to and intended for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners and their guests and subject to the fee schedules and operating rules adopted by the Association, provided, however, that any lands which are !eased by the Association for use as Common Properties shall lose their character as Common Properties upon the expiration of such Lease. Common Properties shall not include those tracts of land falling within the definitions of "Purchased Common Properties'' set forth below.
