Environmental Infrastructure System definition

Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.
Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof for which the Borrower is borrowing the Loan under this Loan Agreement.
Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, a portion of the Costs of which is being financed or refinanced by the I-Bank through the making of the Loan pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Loan Agreement.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental report meeting the requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and, if in accordance with customary industry standards a reasonable lender would require it, a Phase II environmental report, each prepared by a licensed third party professional experienced in environmental matters.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.

  • Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.
