Acoustic Assessment Report definition

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

Acoustic Assessment Report means a report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and the Acoustic Assessment Report Procedure that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility.

More Definitions of Acoustic Assessment Report

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility. "Acoustic Assessment Report" also means the Acoustic Assessment Report prepared by HGC Engineering, dated December 8, 2009 and signed by Corey Kinart.

Stevens PEng submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility, as updated in accordance with Condition 7 of this Approval;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility. "Acoustic Assessment Report" also means the Acoustic Assessment Report prepared by Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, dated September 2010 and signed by Tim Wiens;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled Noise Assessment Report, White Pines Wind Project, dated October 20, 2014, prepared by HGC Engineering and signed by Ian R. Bonsma P.Eng. & Brian Howe P.Eng.;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled "Noise Assessment Report for Amherst Island Wind Project Rev. 14", dated May 4, 2015, prepared by HATCH and signed by Oleg Belashov, P.Eng., Mervyn Choy P.Eng. and Alex Tsopelas;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled "Noise Impact Assessment -Adelaide Wind Energy Centre", dated April 25, 2013, prepared by GL Garrad Hassan Canada Inc. and signed by Aren Nercessian and "Parkhill Interconnect-Noise Impact Assessment", dated April 2, 2013, prepared by GL Garrad Hassan Canada Inc. and signed by Aren Nercessian;
