Written Report. To provide a written report of the investigation to the County Compliance Manager within ten (10) working days of the discovery of the breach or unauthorized use or disclosure. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the information specified above, as well as a full, detailed corrective action plan, including information on measures that were taken to halt and/or contain the improper use or disclosure.
Written Report. The auditor shall prepare a written report documenting the results of the audit, including any deficiencies and recommendations for enhanced compliance with this AML Program. Copies of the report shall promptly be provided to the AML Compliance Officer and each Fund's Board of Directors for their review and consideration and may be provided to the AML Compliance Committee.

Written Report. The principal and the teacher shall immediately make a written report of the circumstances involving the action and discipline of a student, and such report shall be on file in the school office and the Student Services department. Any teacher who claims to have suffered physical threat, injury or abuse involving a student may file criminal charges against the student.
Written Report. The evaluation will be completed by the first day of May and the school counselor will receive a written report of the results of the evaluation by the tenth day of May.
