Written Report. The auditor shall prepare a written report documenting the results of the audit, including any deficiencies and recommendations for enhanced compliance with this AML Program. Copies of the report shall promptly be provided to the AML Compliance Officer and each Fund's Board of Directors for their review and consideration and may be provided to the AML Compliance Committee.
Written Report. To provide a written report of the investigation to the COUNTY Compliance Officer within ten (10) working days of the discovery of the breach or unauthorized use or disclosure. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the information specified above, as well as a full, detailed corrective action plan, including information on measures that were taken to halt and/or contain the improper use or disclosure.
Written Report. The Participant shall provide a written report of the investigation to the CDPH Program Manager, the CDPH Privacy Officer, and the CDPH Chief Information Security Officer within five (5) working days of the discovery of the breach or security incident. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the information specified above, as well as a full, detailed corrective action plan, including information on measures that were taken to halt and/or contain the breach or security incident, and measures to be taken to prevent the recurrence of such breach or security incident.
Written Report. CDSS shall provide a written report of the investigation to the CDSS Program Contract Manager and the County Information Security and/or Privacy Officer within fifteen (15) working days of the discovery of the Incident and/or Breach. To the extent CDSS has such information, the report shall include but not be limited to the following:
Written Report. Each Teacher returning from leave shall file a written report with the Sabbatical Leave Committee for its approval not later than ninety (90) days after the return to active duty. This report shall include the name of the institution attended, courses pursued, credits received, experience gained, or the itinerary of travel, together with applicant's appraisal of the professional value of the year's activities and the manner in which the knowledge and experience gained may be applied to the benefit of the pupils in the District.
Written Report. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the telephonic notice, the Contractor shall submit to the Authority a report that describes the injury, theft, fraud or damage, the amount of theft, fraud or damage as best can be determined, the action the Contractor has taken or intends to take, and in the case of theft, fraud or deliberate damage by an employee of the Contractor, the name and job title of the employee who committed the theft, fraud or damage, action taken in addition to the information required above, and any other information relevant to the interests of the Authority. For the purposes of this Contract, theft shall include, but not be limited to, fraudulently removing parking tickets from a ticket issuing machine, intentionally failing to turn in all tickets at the end of shift, filing a false lost ticket claim, taking of cash receipts, intentional mischarging of customers, taking a patron’s vehicle or any part of it, or taking any article left in or on a patron’s vehicle. If not all information is available at the time of the initial report, the Contractor shall update the report as necessary until it is complete.
Written Report. The Subcontractor shall submit to Contractor a written report of the accident or occurrence on a form acceptable to Contractor. Upon request of Contractor, the Subcontractor shall furnish Contractor with a copy of any reports prepared by Subcontractor for submission to Subcontractor's insurance company or companies.
