Description of Premises. Premises," as used herein shall mean and refer to that certain space located within the building (the "Building") situated on the real property located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, commonly known as 000 Xxxx 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, as outlined on the attached Exhibit "B", which Premises consists of approximately 222,496 square feet.
