Definition of Rentable Square Footage


Rentable Square Footage means (1) with respect to the Building, the sum of the total area of all floors in the Building (including Interior Common Facilities but excluding stairs, elevator shafts, vertical shafts, parking areas and exterior balconies), computed by measuring to the exterior surface of permanent outside walls; and (2) with respect to the Premises, the Usable Square Footage of the Premises multiplied by the Load Factor.

Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that the Rentable Square Footage of the Building and the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises are correct.
If this Lease is not terminated, the Rentable Square Footage of the Building, the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises and Tenants Pro Rata Share shall, if applicable, be appropriately adjusted by Landlord.
Changes in Rentable Square Footage shall be effective on the first day of the first calendar month following the change.
