Day of Service definition

Day of Service means any day on which an employee is entitled to receive ordinary pay and includes any day on which the employee in question is —
Day of Service means any length of voluntary and/or substitute service provided during a single calendar day (whether that is 5 minutes or 8 hours of service).
Day of Service means a day of attendance, not necessarily of actual service on a jury panel. Often the days will not be in succession. If you are selected for a jury panel, you will serve until that case is done. If you are not selected, you are usually excused within one to two hours and will probably be asked to return on another day. Most trials last only one day. Day of Service means, with respect to each Executive, each day following such Executive's Employment Date on which such Executive is employed by the Company.
