Voluntary Termination of Employment definition

Voluntary Termination of Employment means Employee voluntarily terminates his employment with the Company, unless such termination occurs within three (3) months following a Constructive Termination.

Voluntary Termination of Employment means a severance of the Employment relationship by or at the instigation of Executive, other than a termination occurring upon a Change of Control as defined in paragraph (b) above, or upon death, Disability or Retirement.
