Authorised User definition

Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

Authorised User means the Client and those of its employees, agents, representatives or advisers that,

Authorised User means an individual who is registered with and authorised by the Institution to have access to its information services (whether on-site or off-site) via Secure Authentication and who is: a current student of the Institution (including undergraduates and postgraduates); an alumnus of the Institution; a contractor of the Institution; or a member of staff of the Institution (whether permanent or temporary, including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches students of the Institution); or without prejudice to Clause 4.2, a Walk-In User and, unless the context otherwise requires, all references to “Authorised Users” in this Licence include “Additional Authorised Users”.

Examples of Authorised User in a sentence

• When someone requests WorkInConfidence to disclose the identity an Authorised User or User Input, they must follow the applicable legal process and serve on us the relevant order or injunction.

• The Customer shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement by an Authorised User or Client.

• Unless ordered by a law enforcement authority, we will not disclose any identity of an Authorised User to any Customer to aid any disciplinary proceedings.

• In particular, WorkInConfidence will only disclose the identity of any Authorised User or User Input to a Customer or any other third party if such disclosure is part of the relevant Service or if the relevant Authorised User has given us their permission.

• Any breach of the terms of this Agreement by an Authorised User or a Client.

More Definitions of Authorised User

Authorised User means a person who is authorised by the Licensee to access or use the Software under a User License.

Authorised User means an individual who is authorised by the Licensee to access the Licensee's information services available through the Licensee's Secure Network and who is (i) affiliated with the Licensee as a current student, faculty, library patron, employee, , whether from a computer or terminal on the Licensee's Secure Network, or offsite via a modem link to a valid IP address on the Licensee's Secure Network; or (ii) physically present on the Licensee's premises;

Authorised User means any person authorised by you to operate on your membership or nominated account/s.

Authorised User means a person authorised by you to access and/or transact on your Cash Account(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Authorised User means an individual employee or your third party agent, as identified by a unique email address and user name, who is registered as a member of your Account. No two persons may register, access or use the DocuSign services as the same Authorised User.

Authorised User means anyone who You have authorised to access Your Account using Our eBanking Services. We will issue this person with an Electronic Signature.
