Fixed equipment definition

Fixed equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

Fixed equipment means attachments to buildings including, but not limited to, wiring, electrical fixtures, plumbing, elevators, heating system, and air conditioning system. Generally, fixed equip­ ment is affixed to the building and not subject to transer.
