CSP Services definition

CSP Services means consolidated services which include (a) the web-based xxxx consolidation service, where the Service Provider receives and presents e-Bills and Scanned Bills to the User electronically through the Internet, xxxx storage and archiving services and related customer service to be provided to Customer hereunder, as more fully described below, and (b) the Pay Anyone Services.
CSP Services means those cloud services provided to a Customer by a CSP.
CSP Services means the services rendered or to be rendered by the Registered CSP to Entity as mentioned in Schedule 1;

Examples of CSP Services in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall notify the Executive Director upon notice that a seller or former seller for whom it provided CSP Services has filed for bankruptcy.

  • The Contractor shall notify the Executive Director upon notice that a seller or former seller for whom it provided CSP Services has gone out of business.

  • The Governing Board shall promptly notify the Contractor, if any Streamlined State either withdraws from the SSUTA or is expelled from the SSUTA, and the Contractor shall continue to provide CSP Services to those Sellers in that Streamlined State for all transactions prior to the effective date of the withdrawal or expulsion.

  • In the event services are discontinued, the Contractor shall discontinue providing CSP Services to the Seller for all Streamlined States in which the Contractor is receiving compensation under this Contract.

  • The Contractor will be compensated as provided in this Contract for CSP Services provided to Sellers prior to the later of (i) the effective date of the withdrawal or expulsion of the Streamlined State, or (ii) first day of calendar month that is at least fifteen (15) business days after the notice of such withdrawal or expulsion (the later date being the “Last Compensation Date”).

  • Compensation under the Contract is for CSP Services rendered by the Contractor and is not payment to a seller for the administration of any state or local sales tax.

  • The compensation provided for in this Section D shall be the full and total compensation that the Contractor receives for providing CSP Services to Volunteer Sellers.

  • For purposes of this Section 2.5.10., an eligible Enrollee shall be an Enrollee that either (a) received CSP Services for Chronically Homeless Individuals at the time of enrollment, or (b) is Chronically Homeless.

  • Quotes related to the CSP Services may be subject to periodic changes by Microsoft in line with the Microsoft’s prevailing price list from time to time.

  • Community Support Program (CSP) Services for Individuals with Justice Involvement (CSP-JI) On the later of January 1, 2022, or the date on which CMS approves the services, subject to the Medical Necessity requirements under 130 CMR 450.204, other Contract requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, the Contractor shall provide CSP services as set forth in Appendix B, Exhibit 2 to individuals with Justice Involvement as described in this Section 2.5.11.


More Definitions of CSP Services

CSP Services means those services described in Exhibit A hereto. “Basic CSP Services” and “Total Xxxx Management” shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A hereto. “CSP Performance Standards” mean those service levels described in Exhibit B hereto.

Related to CSP Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
