Contributor Fundamental Representations definition

Contributor Fundamental Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 10.4(a).

Contributor Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in Section 2.1, 2.2, 2.3(a), 2.4 and 2.5.
