Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Indemnified Person shall make claims (i) over the breach of the representation and warranties of Group Companies other than the Fundamental Warranties prior to the second anniversary date of the Closing Date, and (ii) over the breach of the Fundamental Warranties prior to the end of the applicable statutory limitation period in respect of each such Fundamental Warranty, in each case by written notice to the Company.
Each of the Purchasers Fundamental Warranties shall be true and correct as of the Closing Date.
