Contributed Companies definition

Contributed Companies means the Project Companies contributed or sold to the Operating Company by FS Member or its Affiliates or SP Member or its Affiliates, respectively.
Contributed Companies means Seagate Software Network & Storage Management Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Seagate Software Limited, a corporation formed under the laws of the United Kingdom, Seagate Software GmbH, a corporation formed under the laws of Germany, Seagate Software International Holdings Ltd., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands, and Seagate Software Storage Management Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Contributed Companies means The Santa Cruz Xxxration Limited; The Santa Cruz Xxxration (France) SARL; The Santa Cruz Xxxration (Deutschland) GmbH; The Santa Cruz Xxxration (Italia) Srl; The Santa Cruz Xxxration Pty. Limited; SCO Canada, Co.; The Santa Cruz Xxxration de Mexico, S. De R.L. Xx C. V.; The Santa Cruz Xxxration (Asia) Ltd.; SCO Foreign Sales Corporation; SCO, Kabushiki Kaisha; The Santa Cruz Xxxration Latin America, Inc.; Nihon SCO Limited; SCO do Brazil Limitada; SCO Software (China) Company, Ltd.; and Unix System Technologies China Company, Ltd.
