Restricted Stock definition

Restricted Stock means Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock award under Section 7 of the Plan, or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option.
Restricted Stock means shares of Common Stock acquired pursuant to a grant of a Stock Purchase Right under Section 11 below.
Restricted Stock means any Share granted under Section 6(c) of the Plan.

  • The Company shall settle each Restricted Stock Unit by delivering to Holder one (1) share of Stock for each Restricted Stock Unit that vested as soon as practicable (but not more than thirty (30) days) following each vesting date (the “Original Issuance Date”).

  • In addition, upon such termination, a prorated portion of your then-outstanding Retention Restricted Stock Unit Awards and Performance Restricted Stock Unit Awards shall vest and be paid (in cash and/or shares of Common Stock (as defined below), as applicable) in accordance with their terms.

Restricted Stock means Shares issued under the Plan to the Grantee for such consideration, if any, and subject to such restrictions on transfer, rights of first refusal, repurchase provisions, forfeiture provisions, and other terms and conditions as established by the Administrator.
