The Company shall settle each Restricted Stock Unit by delivering to Holder one (1) share of Stock for each Restricted Stock Unit that vested as soon as practicable (but not more than thirty (30) days) following each vesting date (the “Original Issuance Date”).
In addition, upon such termination, a prorated portion of your then-outstanding Retention Restricted Stock Unit Awards and Performance Restricted Stock Unit Awards shall vest and be paid (in cash and/or shares of Common Stock (as defined below), as applicable) in accordance with their terms.
