Restricted Stock definition

Restricted Stock means Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock award under Section 7 of the Plan, or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option.
Restricted Stock means shares of Common Stock acquired pursuant to a grant of a Stock Purchase Right under Section 11 below.
Restricted Stock means any Share granted under Section 6(c) of the Plan.

  • Subject to the provisions of Sections 2(b), 2(c), and 6 in this Agreement, Executive shall exercise all rights and privileges of a shareholder of the Company with respect to the Restricted Stock.

  • Until such time as the Award has vested, the Company may, at any time, place legends referencing the restrictions described in this Section 2 and any applicable federal and/or state securities laws restrictions on certificate(s) or other document(s) representing shares of Restricted Stock issued pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Executive’s acknowledgement and acceptance of these tax withholding provisions are conditions precedent to the right of Executive to receive the Restricted Stock under the Employment Agreement and this Agreement.


More Definitions of Restricted Stock

Restricted Stock means Shares issued under the Plan to the Grantee for such consideration, if any, and subject to such restrictions on transfer, rights of first refusal, repurchase provisions, forfeiture provisions, and other terms and conditions as established by the Administrator.
